All products sold on Pattern Lab Co are digital sewing patterns delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
No Refunds
Once a pattern has been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
This policy is in place because digital files cannot be returned once accessed.
Exceptions
We will gladly assist you in the following cases:
- If you receive a corrupted or incomplete file
- If there is a technical issue preventing download
